How to Change Current Theme on Shopify

Changing Theme Styles

Found a new shop design that you like? Changing the look and feel of your Shopify Store is a quick and straight forward process.

From Desktop

  • From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes.
  • Find the theme that you want to edit, and then click Customize.
  • Click Theme settings > Theme style.
  • Click a theme style. If your theme includes more than one theme style, then they are listed in a column.
  • Click Change style.
  • Click Save.

From iPhone

  • From the Shopify app, tap Store.
  • In the Sales channels section, tap Online Store.
  • Tap Manage themes.
  • Find the theme that you want to edit, and then tap Customize.
  • Tap Edit.
  • Click Theme settings > Theme style.
  • Click a theme style. If your theme includes more than one theme style, then they are listed in a column.
  • Click Change style.
  • Click Save.

From Android

  • From the Shopify app, tap Store.
  • In the Sales channels section, tap Online Store.
