I’ve decided to change a few things up in 2010 and my health was one of them. That being said, I now need to change some of the bad habits I have.
Some of the habits I need to modify:
- eat smaller portions and more frequently (possibly 5-6 meals a day, roughly 300-500 calories) What will help me is to eat from smaller plates and, drink from taller glasses.
- take more breaks to reduce stress. For every hour or so of work to get up and move around and stretch
- cut soda out of my meals – my choice is water for sure but I will opt to switch soda out for iced tea with an artificial sweetener
- will be more active. Besides the whole working out thing I will do more
- EXERCISE – beginning I will workout 4-5 times a week for at least two-three months and then after that cut back to 2-3 times a week to main a healthy lifestyle.
