So what is a landing page and why do you need one?
A landing page has a few other names too such as, an opt-in page, a squeeze page, a lead gen page but what exactly is it?
Well depending on your end result, it is used to have the person who “landed” on your page to take a specific call to action that you desire. The majority of them are used to capture a person’s name and email address.

Others use it to have someone subscribe to their offer. Such as their facebook fan page or their blogs rss feed.
If done correctly your ethical bribe will be enough to entice your visitor to leave what ever information you ask for or perform what ever call to action that you require in order for them to continue on.
Building an email list is very important to my business and if you are looking for another method of generating income online then I strongly suggest that you begin to build your list too with the use of a Landing page.
There are many ways to create a landing page but what I found to be the most effective way is to just have one call to action (i.e ask for name and email) and provide them something beneficial to solve what ever problem they have in order for them to sign up.
If you are going to have an online business then you NEED to have a way of capturing your readers/visitors and using a Landing Page is one great way of doing it.
